Why choose 14mm engineered wood flooring?

14mm is the all-rounder of engineered flooring. It's thick enough to feel solid and stable underfoot, but slim enough to keep floor heights manageable, which often means less door trimming than with 18mm or 20mm boards. That makes it a great choice for renovations, replacing carpet or laminate, and rooms with underfloor heating.

A 3mm real oak wear layer

Each 14mm board has a 3mm top layer of real oak bonded to a cross-layered core. You get the genuine grain, texture and warmth of an oak floor, with far better stability than solid wood. The wear layer is thick enough for the floor to be sanded and refinished later in its life.
