Cotswold Hand Scraped Mist 125-6 is a 14mm engineered wood flooring with a hand-scraped, brushed and distressed surface and a soft Mist tone. The layered texture gives it a genuinely reclaimed character, perfect for rustic, coastal and Scandi-inspired homes.
Real wood, more stable. Engineered construction gives you a genuine wood surface on a layered core that resists the movement solid timber is prone to, which is why it's suitable for use over underfloor heating. At 14mm thick it feels solid and substantial underfoot.
A natural, characterful layout. Narrow 125mm boards in random lengths from 300mm to 1200mm create the varied, hand-laid look of a traditional wooden floor, and the UV-cured lacquer seals the surface for easy everyday cleaning. It's backed by a 25-year guarantee.

Flexible fitting. The tongue-and-groove boards can be floated over underlay, glued or nailed down, so it suits most subfloors and projects. Finish the edges with scotia beading. Use the calculator on this page to work out how many packs you need; we recommend adding 10% for cuts and wastage.

- Leave the unopened packs flat in the room for 48 hours before fitting so the boards acclimatise.
- Fit over a flat, dry subfloor, using a suitable wood flooring underlay or adhesive as the manufacturer recommends.
- Leave an expansion gap around the edges, covered with scotia or skirting.
- Clean with a soft brush or a well wrung-out mop and a wood floor cleaner. Don't use steam cleaners.
- Use felt pads under furniture legs and a mat at outside doors.
