Water resistant, so spills and splashes won't harm it. Fit over a smooth, level subfloor.

Comfytex Deluxe Max PU ROSAIRO-535 is a sheet vinyl floor from Ivc. Sheet vinyl is one of the most practical floors you can choose: it's water-resistant, warm underfoot, quick to clean and comes in a single piece with few or no seams, so spills have nowhere to go.

Why choose it. A 0.4mm wear layer protects the design from everyday scuffs and scratches. It has an R10 slip rating, a good level of slip resistance for kitchens, bathrooms and other rooms where floors can get wet. Its PU surface treatment makes everyday cleaning quicker and helps resist marks.

Sizes and ordering. Sold by the square metre and cut to the length you need from 2m & 3m & 4m wide rolls. Choose the roll width that covers your room's narrowest dimension in one piece, then order enough length to cover the other, adding around 10cm at each end for trimming. Screen colours can vary, so call us on 0161 300 3330 if you'd like a sample before you order.

Finish the job with our door bars for sheet vinyl and vinyl flooring adhesive.
