Coretec Essentials 1800 Baltimore Oak LVRE1277 is a wood-effect luxury vinyl plank. It gives you the character of real wood with the everyday practicality of vinyl: warmer and quieter underfoot, easy to keep clean and far more forgiving of spills.

Built to last. It's waterproof, so it's well suited to kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. It reduces impact sound by up to 20dB. It carries an R10 slip rating.

Installation. It uses a click-fit floating installation, so the boards lock together without adhesive. That makes it a quick, clean fit and a good choice for confident DIYers. An underlay is already attached to each board, adding comfort and helping to reduce footfall noise. It's suitable for use with underfloor heating.

Coverage. Each pack covers 1.97m². To work out how many packs you need, measure your room, multiply the length by the width and divide by 1.97, then round up. Add around 10% for cutting and waste.
