Palio Essenza Tile Bellagio Marble PVT701 is a stone-effect luxury vinyl tile from KARDEAN. It gives you the character of natural stone with the everyday practicality of vinyl: warmer and quieter underfoot, easy to keep clean and far more forgiving of spills.

Built to last. A 0.3mm wear layer protects the design from scuffs, scratches and everyday wear, and it's rated use class 23 (domestic) and 31 (commercial) under EN ISO 10874. The Embossed surface treatment makes cleaning easier and helps resist marks. It's waterproof, so it's well suited to kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. It carries an R10 slip rating.

Installation. It's a glue-down (dryback) vinyl, fixed with flooring adhesive to a smooth, level, properly prepared subfloor. Glue-down LVT is the long-lasting, dimensionally stable choice used by professional fitters, and individual planks or tiles can be replaced if one is ever damaged. It's suitable for use with underfloor heating (maximum floor surface temperature 27°C).

Coverage. Each pack covers 3.345m². To work out how many packs you need, measure your room, multiply the length by the width and divide by 3.345, then round up. Add around 10% for cutting and waste.
