Safetex Aveo 690D is a felt-backed sheet vinyl floor. Sheet vinyl is one of the most practical floors you can choose: it's water-resistant, warm underfoot, quick to clean and comes in a single piece with few or no seams, so spills have nowhere to go.

Why choose it. A 0.20mm wear layer protects the design from everyday scuffs and scratches. A felt backing gives extra warmth and comfort underfoot and helps the vinyl sit flat over minor subfloor imperfections. In larger rooms and busy areas, felt-backed vinyl is usually stuck down with adhesive for the best result. It has an R11 slip rating, a higher level of slip resistance that suits wet areas, entrances and busy kitchens. It comes with a 5 year guarantee.

Sizes and ordering. Sold by the square metre and cut to the length you need from 2m & 3m & 4m wide rolls. Choose the roll width that covers your room's narrowest dimension in one piece, then order enough length to cover the other, adding around 10cm at each end for trimming.
